What would yours cost? Find out in 60 seconds.
Five questions. You get a price and a date, not a range with an asterisk.
The ranges, with no call first.
Every service with its starting point. The exact price comes from the written scope, and that gets defined before quoting, never after.
The three things that actually move the price.
They are not the ones people expect. These three explain almost the whole difference between two projects that sound identical.
- How many distinct screens there are. Not how many users: twenty users across three screens costs less than three users across twenty screens.
- What it has to talk to. A system that lives alone is straightforward; one that syncs with accounting, a bank or a supplier spends half the time on that boundary.
- Who holds the content and the data. If a legacy system has to be migrated, the cost depends on how messy it is, and that gets measured before a date is promised.
What no price here includes.
- Third-party licences and services. They are provisioned in your name and estimated during discovery.
- Content: copy and photography, unless added separately.
- Maintenance after the first year. Plans start at $180 a month.
What I put in writing.
- Fixed price, fixed date. The quote is what you pay.
- If I am late through my own fault, those days are not billed.
- You own the code from the first commit. Move to another provider tomorrow and you take everything.
- Full overlap with US business hours. Same working day, no handoff delay.
- Formal invoicing in US dollars, for clients inside and outside Costa Rica.
A real number, today.
Write me two lines about what you need and I will send back a range with a date within one business day. No call required unless you want one.
