From spreadsheets to something that holds.

The symptom is always the same: four people edit the same file, nobody knows which copy is real, and if Marta leaves with her laptop half the operation leaves with her. It is not a discipline problem. A spreadsheet was never built for this.

Two sizes: the small app at a fixed price, the big one quoted.

Micro SaaS app

$1,000

3 to 4 weeks

A small, complete web app: every user with an account, the core flow of your idea end to end, and an admin panel to run it. To launch a product of your own or move a business process out of spreadsheets.

  • Sign-up, login and roles
  • The core flow, running on real data
  • Admin panel
  • Automated backups

Quote

Depends on scope

Several user types, modules that talk to each other, integrations, payments and reporting. Quoted from a written scope before work starts, and the quote is what you pay.

  • Written scope before the price
  • Fixed price and fixed date once signed
  • Delivered in phases, the first one live as soon as possible
  • Integrations with what you already run
  • Import of your existing data

Why the big one is quoted.

Because a price given before seeing the operation would be made up. How many user types there are, which systems it has to talk to and how messy the data is change the work more than anything else. We write the scope together first; the price that comes out of it is fixed, even if I estimated badly: the estimate risk is mine, not yours.

What this does not include.

  • A native mobile app. If the system needs one, it is quoted separately.
  • Servers and licences, provisioned in your name.
  • Redesigning your business processes. I can point at what I see, but how your company works is your call.

What everyone asks.

How long is the whole thing?

The micro SaaS, three to four weeks from the written scope. The multi-layer app comes with its date in the quote and ships in phases: the first one live as soon as possible, and the rest decided with the system already running, which is when you actually know what is needed.

What about my existing data?

It gets imported. It is one of the most laborious parts and it depends on how messy the data is, so it is estimated while writing the scope, once I have seen it.

Where is it hosted?

Wherever you want, in your name. I can run it under a maintenance plan, but the account belongs to your company. A vendor who owns your servers is a vendor you cannot leave.

What I put in writing.

Let's start with the part that's free.
