Qué incluye
Card Expiry Alerts adds one entry to your Plugins menu with the paying members whose saved card expires in the next 90 days. It emails each of them 3 months, 2 months, 1 month and 1 week before the card expires, and once after it expired if they are still active, with a button to the billing page of their account on your site. The reminders stop once the card is updated. It reads the cards from the Stripe account your site already uses, so there is nothing to connect.
Who has a card about to expireOne list of the paying members whose saved card expires in the next 90 days, grouped by the month it expires, with their plan, what it pays, the card brand and last four digits, and the notices already sent. Switch to the next 30 days or the expired cards, and search by name, email or plan.
Reminders on a scheduleEach member gets an email 3 months, 2 months, 1 month and 1 week before the card expires, and once after it expired if they are still active. Turn any of them off. A reminder goes out once per card, never twice.
Only paying membersA member gets a reminder when they are active, on a paid plan, with a paid subscription and a card saved in Stripe, past-due members included. Free-plan and cancelled members never get one, and the list says how many were left out and why.
A button to update the cardThe email's Update my card button opens the billing page of the member's account on your site. Once a new card is saved, the old one leaves the list and its reminders stop.
Your words, from your siteEdit the subject and the message with fields like the member's first name, the card, the expiry month and the plan, and see the email as the member will get it. It goes out from your site's name and email, so replies come to you.
Send one nowAny member in the list can get their notice right away with Send notice, and each row shows what was sent and when the next reminder goes out.

Preguntas
Which payment gateway does it need?
Stripe, the gateway your Brilliant Directories site uses to take membership payments. The plugin reads each member's saved card from that Stripe account, so there is nothing to connect. Sites that take payments with another gateway are not supported.
Who gets an email?
Only paying members: active, on a paid plan, with a paid subscription and a card saved in Stripe, past-due members included. Free-plan and cancelled members never get one.
When do the emails go out?
Your site is checked once a day. A member gets an email 3 months, 2 months, 1 month and 1 week before the card expires, and once after it expired if they are still active. Each reminder goes out once per card.
Does anything go out right after I install it?
No. Notices are off until you turn them on. First you see the list and the email your members will get; nothing is sent before.
Does Stripe send its own email too?
Stripe can send its own expiring-card email. If it is on in your Stripe settings, turn it off so members get one notice, not two.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment of $4.99 for one site, with updates included.
