What is inside
Calendar Sync connects the booking tool you already use to your Brilliant Directories site. Pick a booking type for an Events post and that post gets a Book button, on its own page and next to View More in your Events list. A public Events Calendar page shows your upcoming Events posts and the open times of the booking types you turn on, by day or by whole month.
Your booking tool, connectedIn the plugin's settings, paste a token from Calendly, TidyCal or a key from HubSpot Meetings. The plugin checks it with the tool, shows the account it belongs to and lists its booking types. The token is saved encrypted and never shown again.
A Book button on Events postsPick one booking type per Events post. The post's page then shows a Book button, and your Events list shows Book next to View More, in the same style as View More.
One public calendarAn Events Calendar page shows your upcoming Events posts and the open times you can be booked for, in one place. Visitors switch between one day and the whole month, and times show in your site's time zone.
You choose what showsEvery booking type from every connected tool is listed in the settings, and you turn each one on or off for the public calendar. Secret event types are never listed.
The booking stays in your toolBook opens your booking tool's own scheduler over the page. The booking, its emails and its reminders stay in Calendly, TidyCal or HubSpot, and your site does not store it.
Clear when a token stops workingIf a tool stops accepting the saved token, the settings say so and ask for a new one. Your Events posts stay on the calendar, and your links come back by themselves once you reconnect.

Questions
Which booking tools does it work with?
Calendly, TidyCal and HubSpot Meetings. Calendly works on every plan, Free included. You can connect more than one, and each booking type can be turned on for the public calendar.
Does it show who booked?
No. The public calendar shows only your Events posts and the open times of the booking types you turned on, never the people who booked them or their details.
Where does the booking happen?
In your booking tool. Book opens the scheduler of the booking type linked to that post, so confirmations and reminders keep coming from Calendly, TidyCal or HubSpot.
Can every Events post book a different type?
Yes. You pick one booking type per Events post in the settings, and a post with no type shows no Book button. Past posts keep their link but show no Book button.
What does the install need?
Your Brilliant Directories site and a token from your booking tool. The install adds the Events Calendar page, the settings page and the plugin's entry in your Plugins menu. The Book button on Events posts takes one line in your Events post type, and we add it with you.
Is it a subscription?
